What you do at a job interview is not nearly as important as how you do it. When going into a job interview always over dress. When the manager is interviewing you and when appropriate ask him or her questions about how they got started in the business and then keep asking the manager questions about themselves. People love to talk about them and the more you let he or she talk about their experiences in the company the more they will like you.
