“What Bible should I read?” is a question often asked by individuals who start out in the Christian faith. There are experts that will tell you that this translation is mistranslated and that version will lead you astray however as a Bible college graduate I have found at least a verse or two in everyone of the different versions that I did not care for the way it was translated. Every Bible that is printed in the English language is going to be somewhat off because the original documents were written in three languages: Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic. But, none of the translations are far enough off to lead you away from God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
Jesus sums up the entire religion by saying, love God with everything you have within you and love your neighbor as yourself. If you follow His two principles, regardless of the translation that you read, He will not cause you to stumble.
