The value of teamwork in the corporate world is critical for the success of any company. No man is an island. We have individualized talents but when we pull those talents collectively everyone pushes ahead. The perfect example of this is the movie 300. When everyone held his position everyone was safe. The moment the son was alone and enjoying the praises of his father he died. Now that is a dramatic example but a true principle.
