What is the relationship between Jesus and the sacraments? First, a sacrament is a religious symbol, like a cross depicting the Christian faith, or Jesus’ death on the cross. However, when I look throughout scripture the Jewish people were not allowed to have these so called sacraments. Nations all around Israel had sacraments, known as idols in the Bible, to depict there gods and this was condemned in God’s Word, so true be told I am still trying to figure this one out.
