successful marriage characteristics

What are the characteristics of a successful marriage? Concerning marriage I can only tell you what I have experienced from watching my mother and father’s marriage. And here are the characteristics that I have observed.

Communication – talking it out like adults and not screaming at each other.

Compromise – Your viewpoint is not always right.

Companionship – Do not let your children run the relationship. My mom and dad never put us over their relationship.

Faith – People who have Bible’s that are falling apart, have a life that is not.
