Succeed in the Little Things

If you want huge success, succeed in the little things. I was enjoying a cup of coffee (decaf J) at the Ritz-Carlton a while back when I noticed that they had blue glasses in their dinning room. Having an inquisitive mind I wondered why. Gary Ryan Blair tells why in his book, “Everything Counts,”

“During the 1920’s, it was commonly known that glass imported from Europe underwent a chemical reaction when hitting the Boston air, and turned blue. Blue glass windows meant the homeowners could afford imported glass. The Ritz-Carlton begin quite fashionable, ordered glasses in this color; and to this day you will still find blue glasses in their dinning rooms.”

You have heard that the devil is in the details…well apparently so is your success.
