Steven Roddy has motivated students in the area of leadership throughout the United States with his story of how at the age of 23 he became the youngest owner of an arena football team and was responsible for 40 employees who many were twice his age. But, the amazing thing is that he accomplished this feat while waiting tables. However, the story does not stop there as he suffered great losses in many areas of his life including the team and eventual personal and business bankruptcy. Yet, through determined effort he fought his way back to the true meaning of success and leadership and is now traveling teaching others to breakthrough their failure and into their ultimate success.
