Steven Roddy Bio

Steven A. Roddy II, the 27-year-old entrepreneur, started overseeing businesses and developing his ideas at the age of sixteen when he assisted his father in managing the family’s local hardware store. This early experience in business ownership started an aggressive interest in business that caused him to explore various enterprises ranging from painting and marketing companies to modeling and television hosting.

After graduating Salutatorian from college Steven moved to Atlanta in pursuit of business. At the age of 23 he successfully negotiated his way into becoming the youngest owner of a professional football team while working as a waiter. In the mist of success, unfortunate circumstances came and he lost the lease to the arena, $30,000 in a side entertainment investment, was forced to file bankruptcy, endure media slander, and had to spend the next year sleeping on the floor while struggling to make ends meet.

The trials did not end with the failed business as Steven had to overcome the aftermath of foreclosure, and life’s little mishaps like having a tree fall on his car! However, Steven Roddy through tenacity and perseverance turned all of these negatives into a positive message titled, “The Breakthrough Failure,” where he teaches individuals how to break through their failure, insecurities, and fear to reach their ultimate success.
