You will be stereotyped and judged within the first 3 seconds of meeting someone, therefore use those few seconds as leverage for success. Facial hair has been shown studies to produce negative stereotypes (most villains in movies have facial hair and notice that politicians do not have beards) so give yourself the edge and go clean shaved.
