Roddy Family Christmas

roddy christmas Roddy Family Christmas

So I went home to Ohio for Christmas and I had a blast. I wanted to bring all of my readers into the family this Christmas so I decided to take some pictures to show off the ones that I hold dear. We have lots of traditions that surround the holiday season as you can see above. My dad always wears a Santa hat while he passes out the gifts to the rest of us who wait patiently (though my mom, who makes the Carol’s Crazy Caramel Apple Pie, will get impatient and go present diving as seen above.) Then we go out to my Aunt Patti’s house for another Christmas exchange and we play the game, “Bad Santa.” The women do their exchange and then we men have our fun.

Oh, and it was like mid 50′s, low 60′s in Ohio this year so that is why we are outside. And as you can probably tell from the outdoor scenery my parents live way out in the country. I did not have Internet access for about a week!
