Joel Osteen is the pastor of the Lakewood Church, the largest church in America, and a New York Times best selling author. As a speaker what I love is how his messages do not take bunny trails. He makes one point and uses that point in several different situations so that you and I will be able to fully apply and understand it.
But, what makes him so popular (personal opinion) is his sincerity. That is the reason why you and I keep tuning in Sunday after Sunday. He has his critics as all successful men and women do but did you know that he doesn’t even take a salary from the largest church in the U.S?
