Mortgage Broker Marketing Ideas

So I was walking out of LA Fitness the other day and ran into Andy Rohland, a mortgage broker in Atlanta, Georgia. Andy was doing an interesting advertising campaign that was yielding him great results. Many entrepreneurs think that when they are marketing their business that they have to spend a lot of money getting their name out there. When in reality they just have to get their name out there in a professional way.

Rohland didn’t spend a lot of money but he did spend some time thinking creatively about how he was going to deliver his message in a way that would get demographic’s attention. And Andy didn’t just go to any LA Fitness; he went to the LA Fitness in the wealthier part of Atlanta where the majority of the members are home owners and who would need their mortgages adjusted.

All that being said, I spoke with Andy for a couple of minutes and really he seems like a stand up guy and the mortgage rates are great right now. So if you found yourself in one of those crappy loans give Andy a call and let him help your backside get into a reasonable loan.
