Your body are absolutely amazing! Think for a moment about your eyes how they take in the various depths, colors, angles, textures and shapes. Your stomach how it breaks down the fruits, vegetables and junk food that you eat while directing where the nutrients should go. These processes and so many more are accomplished without a thought from you.

Your body is on autopilot to take care of itself, it tells you when to use the restroom, go to bed, drink water, to eat and when to stop eating, your body even tells you when you made a right or wrong decision (it just didn’t feel right). However, most of people have made a habit of telling their bodies to shut up. They do not go to the restroom when they have to, eat or stop eating when they should, sleep or workout when their body says its time.

For the next 30 days listen to your body. If it says no more fast food today then go to the grocery store, if it says go to sleep then go to bed, if it is thirsty feed it and if your body wants to get outside then let it. Try this for 30 days and you will begin to lose the weight that you are seeking. I listened to mine and I went from weighing 172 pounds to 146 pounds in 3 months.
