Life and Business Organization Made Simple

openoffice, organize, how to organize, organizing

Simplify is a word that we could all use a little more of in life. Schedules are crazy, budgets are off…if they exist in the first place, throw in a church outing, cookie bake, girl scouts, tee ball games and you barely have enough time to sleep. We are on a fast pace and life will continue to get faster unless you protest the contrary. In short, you need to step away from your daily activities and take some time to find out what is important…then cut out all of the rest.

Take the important activities and then get organized. OpenOffice can help. OpenOffice is a free online resource that has spreadsheets for organizing budgets, Steven Covey “type” planner sheets, sales presentation outlines, sign in forms, clockin/clockout forms and even a cookie bake sign-up form. OpenOffice will teach you how to organize a basketball tournament or an annual budget.

This is a valuable resource if you own a business or a stay at home mom. Take a couple of minutes to check out, download and look at all the various documents that are available. This can be a valuable tool in creating the success that you seek.

I do not really like sites like this…though I have never used OpenOffice before. Just let me “simplify” but using the good old fashion pen and paper.
