John Maxwell Leadership Gold

I just finished reading John Maxwell’s latest book, “Leadership Gold: Lessons I’ve Learned from a Lifetime of Leading John Maxwell Leadership Gold.” I really enjoyed the content and the practical manner in which he trains. In his training style he uses many different quotes, illustrations and personal stories to teach you how to be a better leader. Though I found the information helpful, I would have rather read this book while I owned the football team. I found the information more applicable to individuals leading organizations or groups of five or more.

If you are a manager, head up volunteer and church organizations or have employees I would suggest reading this book. However, if you were in sales and kind of a lone ranger I would skip past this on and move on to another book. Overall I would say check this book out.
