Is Quixtar a legitimate business? Quixtar is built off of the business model of Amway but when it launched onto the Internet and incorporated with many other companies including Office Max and Barnes & Noble, Amway had to change its name to Quixtar because it now sold many other products outside of just Amway products.
Personally, I was involved with the business for 3 years and I did not make any money, however, much to my chagrin I did not readily follow the system that they had in place. Action steps such as you have to show 15 plans per month, listen to a tape a day, read at least 15 minutes per day, and do at least 100PV every month. Basically, if you can consistently do those things you will come out a success, eventually. I did not make the money that I desired (because I did not consistently follow the system) but the books and tapes helped me to become the youngest owner to ever purchase an arena football team. So I think that counts for something, don’t you?
You will hear people say negative things about that business model, but you will hear that about any business. You will also hear people say that they did not make any money while involved, or that they know someone who knows someone who did not make any money. But, if you ask a couple of questions and dig a little deeper you will learn that they did not follow the system.
I am no longer involved with Quixtar, now Amway Global, as an active IBO, however, I still purchase the product and highly recommend the business to individuals because it has such a great system. The system is what has developed me into the person I am today, and for that I am very thankful.
Oh, and do not even get me started on the tax benefits of a home based business. A true understanding of that alone would make you want to sign up.
