importance of frequent success

train, success, momentum, failure

The importance of frequent success is best explained through an illustrated of a train. Trains take an enormous amount of energy to begin any journey and every stop (failure) requires the same amount of energy to get going again. Once on the open track (success) a brick wall could not slow the momentum of that train. When setting goals set small ones that can be reached and then gradually increase the size of those goals so that you can build personal momentum.
