Should you and how do you implement an employee opinion survey? Yes and uh, yes. You should because your employees’ work on the front lines therefore, they will have a better handle of what is going on in your business than you do. When you create the survey make the survey multiple choice and fill in the bubble so you cannot determine who wrote what and you can get the progressive responses that will make a difference in your organization.
Side note: employees will be more honest if they know that you will not be able to trace their responses back to them.
How do you implement these nuggets of prosperity? Pass them out, or email them to everyone and have them turn in their surveys in order to receive their paycheck.
