I Found $500

I am not sure if you remember but last month I wrote an article titled, “I Will Pay Off $2,000 in Credit Card Debt in 4 Months.” In this article I wrote about how I was able to manifest an extra $500 to go to Vegas, take the week off and not miss a beat concerning paying my bills. While out in Vegas spending my money I had an epiphany. I thought to myself why couldn’t I manifest an extra $500 every month to pay off my credit card debt and become debt free? Therefore, I made the commitment to myself and to you reading this article that I was going to do just that.

January 21, 2009 was the day that I made the article and yesterday exactly one month to the day God manifested the extra $500 that I needed in order to keep my first month’s commitment! Because I want to be open with you in regards to the process of my debt elimination strategy I want to make it known that I am changing my approach to canceling my debt. Instead of taking the extra $500 and applying that directly to the credit card debt, I am going to put the money in savings until I come up with the entire $2,000 that is needed. Then I will take the money and pay off the total debt in one lump sum. Why am I doing this when I am getting charged an interest rate of 16%? I want to continue focusing on wealth creation and not debt reduction.

Whatever you focus on expands. If I were to focus on reducing my debt then by default I would be focusing on debt therefore more debt would be attracted into my life. However, if I stay focused on wealth creation I will attract more wealth, which will automatically pay off the debt.

I am extremely excited that God honored my commitment and even more excited for you because I know that anyone of you could manifest the extra money just like I did. How can I say that? There have been certain points in your life when you have been able to manifest the extra money that you needed go on vacation, fix your car, or buy Christmas gifts? Why couldn’t you manifest that same amount of money on a monthly basis to pay off your debt, generate a savings, start investing in stocks or real estate or start the business that you have wanted to begin?

Faith is a muscle just like a bicep. When working out if you were able to curl a 20lb dumbbell you wouldn’t come to the gym the next day and wonder if you could curl a 15lb dumbbell. What you have lifted once you can lift again. The amount of money you have manifested once you could manifest again. The only question is do you want to? If the desire is there then God will give you the strategy to achieve your goal.
