When your clients are visiting your website how do they contact you? By clicking on the Contact page in the tool bar and than filling out an email, correct?
Well, there is a new way to have your potential clients contact you…Through Setster potential clients can now schedule themselves in on your calendar, pay for services, contact specific departments, and read about your company information.
You see the tab on the left hand-side of StevenRoddy.com? Click it and you will see exactly what I mean.
Integrates with Paypal
Setster integrates with your Paypal, which turns out well if you are in the service industry. If you are a speaker, model, consultant, lawn care company, housekeeper or any other type of service business this will work great in assisting with payment and scheduling. And after the appointment is set Setster sends out a reminder email at the time you specify to your client to reduce the amount of missed appointments.
Setster Syncs with Your Calendar
Setster syncs with your calendar so individuals scheduling can see your availability and book you accordingly. Then when your appointment is scheduled Setster will send you a text informing you of the new appointment and an email link to confirm the date and time. All you do is click the button and you are confirmed. How simple is that?
Installing Setster
After you paste a piece of html coding Setster appears on your site and the tab can appear on the left or right side of your website and is totally customizable. This new way of having people contact you is completely sexy and is a way of setting your site apart from your competition.
Now, there are a couple of set backs that I have found with Setster. The first one is there is no time zone, the result? I missed my first consulting meeting. L The owner of Setster and I talked about having an option for time zones, something that he was already working on however, at the time of this writing the time zone option has not been completed. So be sure you know what time zone the appointment was scheduled for.
The second thing that could be a down side is that people are not used to looking on the side bar for your contact information. So you might want to keep the tradition Contact page on your site with instructions to see the Setster tab on the left hand-side and/or leave a traditional contact form there for the people unwilling to convert to the new way of contacting.
Interesting in trying out Setster? The first 4 people who sign up to try Setster will receive the service for FREE with no obligation to continue service. See Setster for details.
