The standard ounces that should be consumed is said to be 8 ounces per day however, much of that can vary on activity level, body weight and the climate in which you live. And no the water that is inside a can of soda, ice tea, coffee or broccoli doesn’t count.
The other day I was telling my dad that he need to drink more water and his response to me was that coffee is nothing but water poured over beans.
