How much money can you make in real estate? The answer depends on your mindset. I know of people in the industry, even in the current real estate market, who are comfortably clearing high six figures. Others had to quit or get a side job so that they could stay in the business.
If you do your homework you will notice that those who succeed in any industry do so because they believe that they can be a success. Do you?

I forgot to say in the article that what I think is best about being a agent is that you get the inside scoop on most of the deals before any one else does. And though you are limited as to the amount of properties you can buy, you can get business “partners.”
