How can customer satisfaction be enhanced through the Internet? When you set up your procedures of getting back to your customers do so by using the Internet. Set aside the last 15 minutes of every hour if you are a small operation to get back to your customers, and if you are a larger corporation hirer one person specifically for the job. Keep the words of Jeff Bezos in mind, he said, “If you make customers unhappy in the physical world, they might each tell 6 friends. If you make customers unhappy on the Internet, they can each tell 6,000 friends.”
