What are some health exercises that reduce size? All of them. Most people do not struggle with their knowledge of how to lose weight, the struggle is in the consistency. Look at the quote on the top of the page, that really is the secret of success in any endeavor. So how in the world do you maintain consistency? Start slow and then gradually push yourself to do more.

When most people begin at the gym they push themselves to the limit and then go on a crash diet. That works great for about a week or two but then you begin to cut corners which makes you feel guilty, like you are not putting in enough effort, until finally you beat yourself up so bad emotionally that you just decide not to go to the gym that day. Then before you know what happened you are back at home in your same routine, sitting on the same couch thinking, I will always be this size.

If you have not worked out in six months or more then take it easy. Slide back into the routine, relax and realize that your body did not get like that overnight and it will not transform overnight, but it will transform as long as you stay consistent.

To reduce your size you will need to tackle 3 different areas…consistently.

Diet – Do not go on a crash diet just cut out one food every week or two that you are currently eating that you know is not good for you. Then make some small goals like to drink at least one cup of water a day, or not to eat past nine o’clock in the evening. But, make these changes gradually.

Exercise – A combination of cardio and weightlifting is deal for your size to be reduced. When you start working out do less than what you know that you can do. You do not want to walk around like Frankenstein for 3 days because you are so sore. If you do not know how the machines work, most gyms have trainers who will show you how the machines work. Also, when you see someone doing an exercise that you find interesting ask them what body parts it works and how to do it. In my twelve years of working out I have never had anyone not answer these questions when I asked.

Mental – The most progressive size reduction method you will experience will be when you believe you can be skinny. I know that it sounds a little crazy but the reason you are not consistent is due to the fact that you did not believe that you can actually shed the weight. Believe and receive.
