Having a To Do List is critical for your success. The morbid fact of life is that our days are numbered. Those who plan and make the most of those days will accomplish more. To be a part of the group whom accomplishes more, you have to know what you are going to be doing before the day begins. When you take some time out of your day to plan the following day then your subconscious mind goes to work trying to figure out how to accomplish what you set out to do. The result? You accomplish more!
Your to do list doesn’t have to be complex or too in-depth. Start by simply writing out a list of the activities that you would like to accomplish before the day is out. Doing so will take the stress out and will cause you to have a much more productive day!
