Good Customer Service Stories

During this difficult economic time many businesses and individuals are struggling to maintain the same standard of living that they once enjoyed because their customers are not spending the same amount of money. What does that mean? You have got to switch up your internal marketing, i.e. customer service to make yourself memorable. Where a family of four may have eaten out 3-4 per week, now maybe they are eating out 1-2 per week so that means, if you are in the restaurant industry, that if your guest does not have a pleasurable or memorable experience then they will take their business elsewhere. However, if you have given your customers great customer service then they are sure to come back. Why? Because your clients, and guests have less disposable income so they are going back to the establishments where they can have a guaranteed great time.

Ask Yourself This…

Are you giving your customers an experience (positive) or are you just fulfilling their order? Now is the time for your company to focus more on customer
care and customer service training than any other department in your business. From customer support to help desk to call center to your sales representative make the individual who is spending money for your service to feel like the most important person on the planet. Once this is fulfilled then you will have no problem experiencing the wealth that comes from repeat business. Focus on service first and then demonstrate your gratitude for their business in a specialized manner.
Memorable Customer Service

I can guarantee that the passengers aboard this southwest flight will forever remember the time when the flight attendant rapped the flight information and safety measures. What can you do to make your business and service this memorable? We all know that word of mouth is the best form of advertising so give your customers something positive to talk about.
