A short pencil is better than a long memory. Or in the case of Jott.com a short voice recording is better than a long memory. By signing up with Jott you can give yourself voicemail reminders that will be sent to you in a worded message. You can also have all of your voicemail messages directed to either your phone in the form of a text message, email or a web update. The process makes life a little easier to manage all of the calls that you get throughout the day. Jott uses a voice recognition system that turns the voice mail into a worded message. If there is some confusion about what was said then before the message goes into a worded update, the message is sent to a team of people who will get the wording straight and then send out the message.
You can also use Jott for your salesforce. With one call your entire salesteam can be notified in a short memo. Talk about a time saver!
And yeap…the service is free to use. (Don’t you just love the free stuff? I heard the best things in life are.) You can upgrade to a paid service but that is based on your needs. The only problem that I see with the program is that you have to remind yourself to use it. We are creatures of habit and even if a better way comes along we are not prone to naturally switch unless we force ourselves by seeing an overwhelming benefit. Check out Jott.com and see if the system can help you get better organized.
