There are some foods that increase Candida, yeast infection, and chances are they are in your everyday diet. Here are some examples of foods to avoid: all sweets, processed foods containing sugars and processed sugars, microwavable popcorn, instant oats, all types of noodles, Granola, coffee (regular and decaffeinated), alcohol, soft-drinks (including diet soft-drinks), dried fruit, and canned foods.
