Find Peace and Pursue

I would consider myself somewhat of a free spirit. I am random. I am corny. I am emotionally expressive. I am a hopeless romantic. And most of all I am an adventurer. My philosophy of life can be boiled done to the belief I am the star in my own movie and God is the director. When my life feels like Hell, then I know it is only a matter of time before the background music comes in and things begin to change for my good.

Well, the curtain has fallen and the music has changed and here I am on the stage ready for my next big scene. I have made a BIG decision and though it is not time to execute this decision, it will be executed. I am changing the course of my business. Though my business is prospering it is taking me away from my purpose. And if there is one thing that I have learned it is this…always pursue purpose and then the money will pursue you.

Don’t get caught up in the money. I have had the lovely experience of losing everything I have owned twice. At the age of 27 I have been blessed to understand a glorious revelation, I can live without money, things, women, friends, food (though not that long) and still be happy. I am content with myself and my journey that God has given me to travel.

Are you?

Are you content with your business? With your relationships? With your journey? If your heart is raging within you, listen. If your heart is screaming at you to stop, then stop. If you heart is screaming at you to cut off a relationship then heed. Your heart has a way of telling you, “Hey, Jerk! You are screwing everything up! Stop it!”

Listen to it.

In marketing, in business and in life listen to your heart and pay attention if your peaces leaves you. God is peace so when you peace goes, God goes. Always follow peace.
