You cannot accomplish the exploratory teaching of goals until you have learned how to set clearly defined, realistic goals for yourself, which, is the basics of goal setting. What is a realistic goal? There is no such thing as an unrealistic goal, only unrealistic time frames. Most of us goal setters are so zealous to achieve the task that we do not allow for challenges. When I set my goals I usually go back and cut down the activity or financial goal in half or double the time to get where I want to go. Goals should be something that you grow into not a taskmaster that enslaves you. I do not care how little that goal is, even if that goal is an item on a to-do-list, when you cross off that task you create a spark of momentum. Momentum creates the motivation that produces the power to run through any obstacle that may be standing in your way.
