When I am speaking to businessmen often times one entrepreneur will come up to me and ask if I have special criteria for selecting an employee of the month. Of course I do is my response however, every company is different and focuses on different values and desires different results. Go back to your vision and mission statements and look at the core values that you desire your employees to exude then think of what action will bring your company the biggest profit.
