I am sorry that I was too late to download this action plan of yours for 2009. Unfortunately, I discovered this today (1/29/2009), two weeks too late. I am still VERY interested as getting Debt free is my #1 goal. I am 53, living on my own, paying all my bills as a sales associate at BELK, after 30 years as a homemaker and stay at home wife/mom. Quickly ,I built credit debt, which is A LOT for my income. Determined to overcome this and to instill in my children who are all in their twenties that there is so much more to life than acquiring “things”. “Living within your means” is something that I always heard from my Now deceased parents and grandparents say and BOY, Oh Boy do I understand All that it implys now!!! FREEDOM, is what it means. Even the Bible says to owe no man anything but your love. Now if we all abided by THAT wouldn’t life be better! Suze, I watch you ever chance I get and thank you for all your advice, encouragement and enthusiasm, but mostly for your wisdom to help us to live a life that is so much freer than the world tries to strap us to.
