How do you develop a low cost business that is designed for profit? Most people think when they are starting a business that they have got to get a building, employees and inventory. That is industrial age thinking. No longer do you need extensive overhead in order to make your organization profitable. Think about the Internet, what could be sold online so you do not have to risk a large investment? You could run a multi-million dollar business in your basement where the only people on your staff are your wife and kids.
Trust me as a man who was responsible for 40 employees, if you can develop a company that is generating revenue, with a small overhead you will be rewarded with more than just money.
