Change What You Dislike

11 body Change What You Dislike

As of late I have not been satisfied with my workouts, eating habits, and obviously the outcome in my body so I decided that I needed to change up my strategy. I have been slacking in the gym by myself and I needed a workout partner who could push me to do more, encourage me to eat better and give me something to shoot for. But, I just didn’t want to workout with anybody because it is important to me that I surround myself with individuals who are of a positive mindset, goal oriented, solid character and in this case a good physic. That is a pretty tall order but I figured that God is big enough to make it happen and not many months later He did.

Which brings me to the two points that I want to make. First if you don’t like something in your life you can change it. Sounds pretty obvious, however most individuals (excluding you of course) just look at others who have what they want with envy instead of trying to figure out a way to improve their life. Notice that I did not say, try to figure out a way to get what they have. We all have things in our life that we would like to improve so help yourself and make a plan.

My second point is to find someone who you can work with or who is willing to help you get what you want. The days of the lone ranger are gone. It takes a team of people to climb a mountain, win a race and to reach the goal. I challenge you to think of any sport, individual or team, that does not take a team of people to help train the athlete. The best athletes are the ones with the best team. Surround yourself with great people and you will have no choice but for greatness.

Oh, and somebody please tell me that this picture is not real! I think that is too much!
