Can You Sleep Your Way to Success
Can you sleep your way to success? The National Center for Health Statistics did a study that showed individuals who earned a salary of four times or more of the poverty level were more likely to sleep an average of 7-8 hours every night, than those in poverty.
Now the question needs to be asked is the reason that those who sleep 7-8 hours every night doing so because they have less worries, or because they have tapped into some kind of success principle. Either way I believe that what you do with your time while you are awake is more important than the how much you sleep.
Jay Leno and Donald Trump both sleep around 4-5 hours a night while Einstein used to sleep about 12 hours nightly. Everyone’s body type is different so listen to your body. Go to sleep when you are tired and wake up naturally whenever possible that way your body will naturally get its required amount of sleep and you will not suffer from sleep deprivation.
