4 ways to achieve your desires

desire, passion, dreams, goals

We all have spoken and unspoken desires. Sometimes those desires are BIG, I mean HUGE, other times we have those desires that says man it would be nice if I had an extra $20 bucks, if I could afford that restaurant and the list continues. Even though we all have these types of desires how many of us think to ourselves, “How could I afford that?” Or in other words how could I make that desire a reality? Well, here is how:

  1. Decide – Before you can achieve anything you first have to decide what you want, and that you want it bad enough to get it.
  2. Believe – Belief is key in the achievement process. Without belief you will not act and without action you will not achieve.
  3. Learn – Wisdom is the key that unlocks the door to your desire. If you knew how to earn a million dollars you would be getting paid a million dollars. Oh, be sure to learn from someone who is where you desire to go. There is a book title that proves my point called, “Beware of the Naked Man who Offers you the Shirt Off of His Back.”
  4. Persist – It doesn’t always come overnight. (I could almost say never :) ) There is a great quote that says, “It often takes 15 years to become an overnight success.”

It matters not whether your desire is great or small you can achieve it. Do you believe?
