For those of you who do not know what about owner financing this is where you can make payments directly to the other outside of the bank so if your credit is not the best or if you have too much debt to income this is a good option.

Remember to ask the right questions, and ultimately you need make the right decisions for you and your situation. Do your due diligence to see if the opportunity is right for you.
